Construction equipment supplier EMS Machinery has announced that a full range of new Ammann compaction equipment is now in stock and available for immediate delivery, offering contractors and plant operators access to machines ranging from lightweight plates to heavy-duty rollers.
The latest stock includes compact rammers such as the Ammann ATR 60 Premium and ATR 60C, designed for precision compaction in confined spaces, featuring petrol engines, operating weights of just over 60kg, and centrifugal forces of up to 11.5kN.
For contractors requiring versatile plate compactors, the new Ammann range includes models from the lightweight 10/33 and 12/40 units through to the heavy-duty 40/60 reversible plate, delivering compaction forces from 10.5kN up to 42kN. Several models are equipped with reliable diesel engines and forward/reverse functionality for demanding site conditions.
In the roller division, EMS Machinery has also confirmed availability of walk-behind and ride-on rollers including the ARW 65, ARX 12-2, ARX 16-2, AXR 26-2, and ARX 36-2, with drum widths ranging from 650mm to 1,300mm. For large-scale civil engineering and roadworks projects, the flagship Ammann ARS 130 single drum roller is also available, powered by a 136HP engine and featuring a 2,130mm drum width.
