- Provide onsite technical support.
- Carry out maintenance and servicing on various types of crushing screening equipment and washing systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Travelling to locations of customers with overnight stay when required
Experience & Skills Required
- Technical service and maintenance experience, preferably within the materials processing industry.
- Good general mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Working knowledge of Diesel-Hydraulic and Electro-Hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and Hydraulic drawings.
- Ability to work effectively across a range of cultures.
- A valid clean driver’s license and passport.
- Computer literacy and experience in the use of Microsoft Office an advantage.
- Good initiative to follow up on and resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills
- Positive & flexible ‘Can Do’ approach coupled with ability to work under pressure.
