Finning UK & Ireland is returning to CQMS this June, giving quarry and construction operators from across Ireland a hands-on look at some of the latest Cat® machines with innovative new features that drive productivity, safety and fuel efficiency.

Taking place at Molloy’s Quarry, Tullamore, 13th – 14th June, CQMS (Construction and Quarry Machine Show) is Ireland’s biggest plant and machinery show. It’s a key date in the calendar for Finning, and a chance for the team to connect directly with customers across the Irish market.

Visitors to the Finning stand at Zone 3 Green Stand 1 will be able to see a range of equipment up-close, including two special centennial machines: the Cat 444 Backhoe Loader and Cat D6 XE Dozer, both finished in limited-edition ‘centennial grey’ to mark 100 years of Caterpillar®.

David Glenn, Regional Sales Manager at Finning UK & Ireland said: “We are excited to offer visitors to CQMS the opportunity to get up-close to some of our most innovative machines including the D6 XE which is an electric drive machine, offering operators a step towards full electrification.

“We will also be showcasing the Cat 972 XE Wheel Loader – a real workhorse for aggregate handling. The ‘XE’ variant is designed for fuel efficiency and lower operating costs without sacrificing performance, making it a solid fit for busy quarry sites.

“Also on display is the Cat 265 Compact Track Loader, new to Ireland and ideal for smaller-scale material handling, landscaping and construction. Its vertical lift, torsion suspension and upgraded cab make it a strong all-rounder, with features like adjustable joystick controls and Cat Smart Attachments compatibility built in.

“The line-up is rounded out with an array of mini excavators, from the compact Cat 301.6 up to the robust Cat 309, giving visitors a chance to get a proper feel for the machines used across all parts of site operations.”

Finning experts will be on hand to talk through the latest safety and technology features built into the machines, including Cat Grade Assist, Eco modes, auto idle and fuel monitoring systems. Visitors can also explore Cat Detect (smart cameras), and remote monitoring features that help operators stay on top of safety, maintenance and fuel use.

Furthermore, Finning Power Rental will be powering the entire CQMS showground with Cat generators underlining the breadth of the offering from Finning UK & Ireland.
