A certain indicator that our economy is on the rise can be seen in recent deliveries by Irish Komatsu distributor, McHale Plant Sales.

Particularly notable was the delivery of a giant Komatsu HD605-8 rigid dumper with its 60-tonne payload. The first in Ireland, the delivery was made to Irish Cement’s quarry in Mungret, near Limerick.

Models that have also turned in a ‘good year’ performance for the Birdhill and Rathcoole distributor are the 14-tonne PC138, the 22-tonne PC210 and the 36-tonnes PC360 excavators.

Other ‘top performers’ were the WA70, WA80, WA100, WA320, WA470, WA480 and WA500 wheel loaders, and multi-unit sales, including PC138, PC210 and PC228 excavators, to civil works giant, Murphy International.
