Daily Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders over the phone and assisting with spare parts identification using online catalogues
- Pricing and ordering spare parts
- Unpacking and organizing stock
- Assisting customers at our spare parts counter
- Liaising with our suppliers and brands
What we’re looking for:
- Young and enthusiastic individuals eager to learn
- Good computer literacy and willingness to use digital catalogues
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Interest in machinery (prior knowledge is a plus, but full training will be given)
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
